Go to service.nsw.gov.au and log in. Navigate to your licence record and confirm your address and contact details are current — Fair Trading correspondence goes to the address on file.
Step 3 — Submit and Pay
Select Renew Licence, declare CPD completion, and upload your certificate. It must show your name, RTO number, completion date, 12 points, and all 8 learning areas. Pay the renewal fee by Visa, Mastercard, or BPAY. Save your reference number.

Step 4 — Wait for Confirmation
